Expert Global has successfully launched the Phase- 1 of its GMS Application
For an organization, its employees are assets and heart of the organization. Effective dialogue and communication with them are crucial aspects to make them feel an inherent part of the organization.
Hearing their suggestions, grievances, feedback, etc. becomes the most important part of this communication & helps the organization to grow. To address the concerns of our employees we at Expert Global Solutions have come up with an exclusive Android Grievance Management System (GMS) Mobile Application wherein employee’s complaints/requests are being taken care of.
The application deployment is planned in two phases where we have successfully launched the Phase-I, i.e. GMS for our onsite employees who are at our client location. Due to confidentiality and data protection at the client site, there were challenges to our onsite employees to communicate their grievances, concerns, valuable suggestions and inputs within our organization. With the launch of Phase- 1 of GMS application we have successfully addressed this communication gap of our onsite employees.
Our onsite employees are now able to connect closely with the organization while assuring them all ears. Whereas, the Phase- 2 of the GMS application is under progress and will confront the challenges of our offshore employees.
GMS application will be dedicatedly handled by the Human Resource division which will be managing the queries and reports, acting on them accordingly on a priority basis.
