With the support of Mr. Wasim Shaikh and Mr. Mahendra Kulkarni, Faheem went on to build Blue Nile Infrastructure with a robust foundation of his educated and trained expertise, and his firm belief in ethical conduct. He has developed a strong social network within the country, as well as globally. His proficiency lies in Land Dealings, Land Trading, Sales and Marketing, and Finance; a true master of all trades.
Mr. Wasim Shaikh
DirectorWasim Shaikh began his career in real estate in Baramati, Maharashtra, in 2006. His brand Sahyadri Associate successfully facilitated 3 plotting projects in Baramati and Bhigwan. He was also a trusted partner with Emprise Realty, and with their support he started construction and residential projects in Baramati.
An education in architecture and a keen eye for real estate development, Wasim has developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry. A member of CREDAI Baramati, he has built a strong and respectable reputation in his 10 years in the profession. His work with Blue Nile Infrastructure comprises guidance on legal, liaising, and development matters.
Mr. Mahendra Kulkarni
DirectorA strong educational as well as family background in Finance led Mahendra Kulkarni to the beginning of his career at a Financial Institute. Thereafter, he started his own Financial Consultancy Service, along with a partner. Together, they crossed a 10000 crore turn over in Share Marketing. His interest steered towards Real Estate, and so began his journey with Blue Nile Infrastructure. Maintaining and training the entire sales and marketing department, Mahendra brings both innovation and value to the table.
