I had a call from Blue Nile Infrastructure, Isha spoke to me and briefed me about La Colina, the farm house scheme. As usual being a major decision I handed the phone to my wife. Then began the journey…briefing in office…site visit. This time Wasim and Nisha were accompanying. Very beautiful site on top of the hill for farm house, dedicated cement concrete road in the property by developer for small ghat section. I saw the water supply pipeline on the way. Adequate water storage tank on the top of the hill and sustainable drinking water source in the shape of an open well at the foothill supported by a bhandhara with water in the month of May. Cool breeze of air on top of the hill in comparison of the scorching heat in Pune in mid May is what we witnessed. What else do you need? Sweet tongued developers like Mahendra Kulkarni and his partners. I booked a row house with a dream of pleasant stay at least from 2017.
